RE: ANDREW CC: LIFE
HI — I'M ANDREW!
I enjoy working on problems that require both an understanding of the technical details, and appreciation for drawing connections at a higher-level. I've tried to look for unique experiences that satisfy this. From working on post-2008 capital and liquidity problems facing the global financial system, increasing funding to early stage science research at a tech startup, to most recently, defining what alternative assets for science means. I'm inspired by cities, and try to find opportunities to explore as many as I can in my free time. I currently call NYC home.
Data points that have helped to build and shape perspective.
Boundary Impact Ventures
Investor | nyc, usa
Boundary Impact Ventures is a family office that invests scientific alternative assets.
We target projects with non-traditional risk-profiles that often blur the line between traditional VC financing and late stage grant funding. We believe that by blurring the line between traditional philanthropy and investments, we'll be able to catalyze innovations with high social impact, that otherwise would not exist under current funding norms.
